Region Restriction

Hi , i dont know if the regions restrictions ( on the GA create ) allow the persons or block it from entry.

If you do a GA region locked for Asia, every body outisde Asia will not be able to enter.

Yeah only people inside each region would be able to see giveaways for their respective regions.
