Does it bother you too?
So, I'm over at steamtrades
Well, there's your problem right there. π
and think a little something ought to be done about it.
SteamTrades has absolutely no support, and being able to misuse your threads to cover the same topic (which I assume is what you mean, as there's no issue when the threads are fundamentally different) is hardly the worst issue the site has.
If you want structured, quality trading, you use Barter (which SteamTrades feedback also supports).
If you want the wild west, you use SteamTrades. A lack of organization is its shtick (one it adheres to on a consistent basis across its various design elements), so taking issue with elements which reflect that nature makes it seem the actual matter is one of confusing expectations between the two sites.

So, I'm over at steamtrades and obviously doing what anyone else would do and that is refresh. I'm noticing some users with three topics at a time filling the page up and burying anyone else just by the sheer number of threads they've made.
I find it incredibly rude and think a little something ought to be done about it.
