Tiny lvl3 train + Fanatical question

My question is, there are some games being sold at Fanatical by 2 different publishers, for example Civ 6. 2K version lists Windows reqs; Aspyr version from Aspyr lists Mac & Linux reqs.

If I buy either version and redeem the key on Steam, will I get access to the game in all posible platforms or just the listed ones? I know that when I buy directly from Steam I can install on whatever platform the game is available.
