Yes the reason is, it's running on your onboard graphics now and not NVIDIA.
Try going in your bios and see if you can shut that one out.

Also go to configuration screen > device management > check monitor adapters or whatever it is called and check if your onboard and Nvidia are shown there, if both are there and Nvidia isn't showing an ! (ifso then there is a problem) disable UHD.

Disabled it - monitor changed to some Basic driver Microscoft.
I plugged hdmi again and found out that Nvidia is working on TV. Can something wrong be with that?

With TV cable plugged, Windows recognices both displays: TV and Screen. In display settings look for an option to only show desktop in Screen. That should make GPU changes to Screen again. After that unplugg hdmi cable.

Somehow I tried to change everything like literally everything in those options. Being mad I restart laptop cause I guess that will help and man it helped. Don't know what I did but big thanks xD

That's the way nVidia Optimus works, with 2d and old games the intel graphics card is more than enough to render the images, so the nVidia card disconnects to save power. With modern games your nVidia card should take control and render the image, but sometimes there is a configuration problem. Take a look at this guide to select your preferred graphics processor:
Your laptop screen is connected to the intel graphics card via an internal display port, so you have to select if the intel one draws and displays the image, or the nVidia draws and the intel displays the image on the nVidia driver panel. The external HDMI and display ports are always connected to the nVidia card, that's why the nVidia automatically renders and displays the image when connected to a external monitor or TV.

May I know which laptop brand you are using ? Maybe the brand website has the solution for this issue. Mine is Asus ROG and I can switch between Nvidia and Intel with just 1 click

Not sure if it helps. My PC is connected to the TV and 2 other Monitors. Under Display Settings. I see 3 displays. What I do when I am not using the TV as its shared with my older PC which I use often to watch other things on side is; At Display Settings, I turned off the TV display by selecting the "Disconnect this display".
You can also try looking under Nvidia Control Panel, check Setup multiple display and see if you can set up the Laptop as the main display if the option is there, Also check other settings you can adjust that interacts with the TV.
Note that my cable is always connected to my PC, I've removed the cable before and replaced it with a weaker cable without issue. I also have 2 input option of 2 PC display and often I turn the display to the New PC off before turning off.
I dont think its a driver issue, rather the OS recognize the TV as the main display and distribute its resource as such. I dont really have other suggestion for you. Hope you can resolve it, its really unwanted how OS can sometimes react to the simplest action.

I was trying what josgba2002 said, not exactly but it worked. Thanks imo still, incredible problem with stupid solution. Even I don't know what I did, just some changings in settings on hdmi connected to laptop-TV.

Np, glad its resolved. Not sure if you're still going to plug the Laptop back on the TV next time, XD but if you do perhaps disconnecting the TV before unplugging is better option. Did you perhaps unplug when the PC is still running?
Problem I have with multiple displays is when I put the browser to the TV sometimes to watch streams or to look at it larger, after dragging the browser back onto a smaller display, the browser will reappear on the TV display after Restart even though the TV is not turned on.
Thats when I realised I have to disconnect the TV display so that the browser will not be on a display that is not visible.

Yeah, that may had cause the conflict. I dont usually recommend unplugging any devices while the machine is running. I am sure you learnt your lesson here. XD Have a good rest of the day. <3
