Have you checked that you were actually dealing with this dude, and not an impersonator? Any joker can change their avatar/name and pretend to be somebody else who has a decent trading rep...

lets not trash this guy ok, if this other with 200 +rep did block him knowing or not if the key worked this should be investigated. Its 200+ / 0- so if a guy like this scams, all ST rep system becomes a lie.
