anybody else got problems launching the ship?

Try deleting the local content and reinstalling it. No idea what else could be doing that.

mine hit an iceberg and sunk 5 minutes after it launched from the port :(

Have you tried hitting it with a bottle of champagne?

Have you try deeper water? sometime if The Ship is too big, it need more water or it will hit the bottom floor.

or by reading the issue, I think you have a clogged master pipe.

Worked fine for me.

Unfortunatly it sunk after getting too many passengers at once recently
