It's been free-to-play since March, for all regions, I thought- is this a different offer somehow?
If not, and you're just looking for people to play with in RU/CIS regions, you may want to click the green 'Open' in the top right and change the forum category to Let's Play Together, where you'll be able to better target the kind of response you're looking for.
My apologies for not being familiar enough in Cyrillic to communicate with you properly; perhaps someone will be willing to translate for me. :)

Если нет, и ты просто ищешь людей с которыми хочешь играть в РУ/CIS сегменте, то тебе, наверное, следует нажать на зеленую кнопку "Open\Открыть" в правом верхнем угле и изменить категорию форума на "Lets play Together/Давайте играть вместе/Ищу с кем играть/и тд", где ты сможешь выбрать тип ответа (?) котоырй тебе подходит.
Мои извинения за то, что немогу ответить на кирилице и общаться с тобой вменяемо; возможно, кто-нибудь захочет перевести это вместо меня.

I bought it some time ago and I tryed sell it, but nothing. So, I want give it for free. I saw that this game FREE for now, but I hope, this key gave bonus or something like that.

You are right I got the starter edition once and played until Level 35 before you could play for free... (what a concidence!)
Really enjoyed it but don't really want to pay monthly because I feel pressured to play that game then instead of other ones.

It's free-to-play with restrictions (up to level 35, and maybe other stuff too).
The Starter Edition unlocks the full game and starts a paid subscription (with the first 30 days included, I think).
It does sound a bit like a confusing concept to mix free-to-play with subscriptions in this way.
