Won a second copy of a game

Because Sharpeyez makes so many giveaways, I entered many of the overture giveaways. However, I won 2 copies of the game. I asked support what to do because he makes so many giveaways, and they said just wait. It has been 2 weeks, and he hasn't asked for a re roll. I was wondering, what should I do now? I don't want to give it away because that is against the rules, and I don't know how I could let him know. Thanks for responses in advance!

Mark the second one as not received and leave it at that, it's all you can do.

Yeah, unfortunately it's all you can do otherwise you risk getting suspended. If he doesn't want that not received giveaway then he should request the re-roll.

For God's sake, please, there have been sooo many threads about this issue already. Don't you know that there is a search function in this forum? You're not a new user.

Activate one and mark it as received, however leave second one alone, don't touch key, contact giveaway creator and let him/her know that he/she should re-roll second one.

You should not use the key (use or regift), in case the reroll happens at some point. Unfortunately that is up to the gifter and cannot be done by the winner requesting it alone.

You should also preferably leave the feedback pending, if possible.
