There is, just look around on the forum and you'll see recruit threads

There are plenty. However, the good ones have requirements that your account won't meet at this time, like being active in the forums and having done a fair number of giveaways.

Best you can get into at this point is the public groups.

Why not create one yourself?

how can you ask for giveaway groups when you haven't made any giveaway yourself?

I know one, but they insist on proper grammar at all times, so....

There's a lot, few of them even currently recruiting, yet I doubt you'd meet requirements to join any of them ;p

I got one with terrible ones. :p

There are a bunch of open groups you may enter on my profile and look for them, for the private ones you should probably make some GAs and get a bit more involved in the community ;)
