I noticed that some of my support tickets from more than 2 years ago were reopened. I'm sure that those tickets were already resolved previously, so I hope that cg can check up on this bug. BTW, I've closed those support tickets already. Didn't want to add more to the staffs' work ^^

It's not a bug. cg finally shifted all the user reports (when you used to click report user on profiles) to the ticket section. You should just close them if they're really old.
