I'm going just mention the few: Fall of Civilization & Incitemnet 3.

Wouldn't they need to be 7P only?

maybe is a bug because of the 'New Reality Studio Pack' with a discount now (it's like 65€ or so)

Because of how the Steam API works. Since the Buy New Reality Studio Pack is cheaper than Fall of Civilization (which is part of the pack) it takes that bundle as the price of the game, which is $70
Note: This will revert when the price of the bundle goes back to normal. You will notice that CV and level for those who gave it away during the sale will change accordingly and provide what would be expected.

API error - the New Reality Studio Pack is currently on sale - 90% off $70, for 7P. Incitement 3 and Fall of Civilization are part of the pack, and sometimes the interface between Steamgifts and Steam misreads the pack/bundle on sale as the new price of a game that's part of the pack. The price of the pack's interpreted as the new permanent price for the game, for some reason.

This is temporary, and while it may temporarily boost CV high enough that someone might move up to the next level, the price will revert back to normal once the sales ends.

But I'm talking about a game prices only! Single game is around $7-8. Why doesn't it collect the price from the STEAM of a single game?

It's a bug. It's not intended. This does often happen to Daeadlic games, too. You could file a ticket at Steam support, if you have nothing useful to do. ^^

& it's a BUG that some users here use it for making on upper levels cheaply! :/

it only lasts while those games are discounted.

When the price of a single game is more than the price of a package, the Steam API will report the package price instead of the individual price. This is a decision by Valve, and there is nothing SteamGifts can do about it.

The Steam API returns the price of these games as such right now. It will get self-corrected later.
