Aren't they supposed to tell you what it is like they usually do?

I haven't actually given them any money in over a year. For Black Friday, all I did was claim the free key.
I'm only calling it random because that's what's it called, I know it's not actually random.
Also, I ended up using this key and it gave me FEAR 3 Complete Edition, which isn't bad at all for free.

I'm only saying random because that's what the item is called.
There are plenty of people that have done experiments with 50+ tries, and nearly all of the games were duplicate bundle games and some of them even free at some point. Rarely was a decent unbundled game obtained.
In the context of the aforementioned atrocious results, I'm happy to have received FEAR 3 Complete Edition.

I got an email from Kinguin with a Christmas promo code to get a free random Steam key of my choice. I opted to go for the "Hot Horror Random Key". I threw in the code, total was $0.00, and I checked out. The game is in my Kinguin library, and when I click "view key", it says that the game is "ILCDKEY" and a key next to it. What does that mean?
I was going to give away the game if I didn't want it on SG, but I don't know what it is. They gave me a free random key on Black Friday too, but when I did it that time, it told me when I clicked on it what the game was. This just says "ILCDKEY". Surely that's not a game, so I'm stumped as to what it is. I put in a support ticket, but who knows how long that is going to take. Does anybody know what it means?
