They won't develop such tool, because it will lead to 50/100 to blacklist the rest 50 and then the rest 50 will blacklist the other 50 and then the 25 blocks the 25 and so on until you eventually blacklisted every single user in SG.

Don't worry, it's not me, but threads like this are more likely to land you on more blackslist. Actually, doing almost anything like forum posting is likely to land you on blacklists. I'll probably get one for posting this ;)

I don't know if you really want to do with that information what I think you want instead of what you say, but this thread is only going to increase the number of blacklists you have. Focus instead on creating whitelists. You can't be everybody's friend.
Now move on and focus on more important issues.
