Speaking as someone who's been depressed for the majority of the last 40 years, I can quite honestly say that the best thing I ever did, was spend time working at a breeding cattery (was lucky enough to get it as "work experience" last year). Still lucky enough to get teh occasional day there now :D

There are a lot of different ways to start thinking positively, but there is one way that almost always works! Cat videos, gifs and pics! I will try to bump this topic whenever I can with those, you can do that as well if you feel like it. You can also add other gifs, I don't mind, I'm also a dog lover myself.
Why did I create this thread? Mostly to make all of us smile, most of us will smile to funny cat videos.
