When you go to "create giveaway" and select a game from the game list, some games are listed with an asterisk

Like 1000 Amps*

or Adventures of Shuggy*

It means the games were at one point in a bundle, and you'll only get a maximum of $30 contributor value if that's all you've submitted. You'll have to submit non-bundle games after that to get a higher contributor value.
