Clarification about special rules

As of lately there has been some confusion about additional rules for giveaways. I think that many here are interested in this subject, that's why I am asking via forum. <3

1) Can public contributor giveaways include additional rules at all?

2) Do group and private giveaways with additional rules still need approval?

3) Who do I have to ask in this case? cg?

4) What happens if no one has approved of an additional rule? Does the winner still get his game?

  2. Yes
  3. Support (so yes, cg at this time)
  4. Not necessarily, it won't be rerolled, but you can still decline to give it to the person who won

Is it because of these Binary Domain giveaways? :D

Well, according to FAQ, public giveaways can't have special rules but it's up to the creator of giveaway to send gift to a winner or not.
