It doesn't really help much that we get shunned by most of society. From what I've seen, even minorities and gays have had it easy compared to those of us on the autistic spectrum... :(

Nothing in particular at the moment. I can't even drive, let alone find work around where I live who's willing to hire anyone on the spectrum.

A nerdy girlfriend would already suffice :P. But a gamer girl would be a great advantage

Yeah, it would help if the girl was a geek and/or gamer much like us. And also if she was open-minded enough to tolerate autistic/Aspie quirks (many girls aren't)...

Finding a gamer or nerdy girls isn't hard in online communities. But offline..yeah, I think it would be a bit harder. At least to make them (yeah, all of them! Problem? :P) your girlfriend.
Maybe most girls (and people in general) are not that accepting of aut/asp quirks because they don't really know what it is and what to expect. Also, I think a decent amount of people prefer to bail out when a hurdle shows up, than to stick around and try to adapt/cope/solve/etc. At least in the start of a relationship.

You really don't, trust me. They're annoying, constantly want to do stuff with you, are often moody (especially moody 1 week/month where you try to avoid them at all costs) and they're trying to make you do stuff you don#t want. Oh and shopping. It's horrible I tell you!

Doing stuff with you? In a relationship? How dare she.

What's the point of having a girlfriend if you don't do anything with her (and hey, if that thing she wants to do with you is fuck, I think he'd be pretty damn happy), some of us don't have any mood swings/pain/other bullshit so you don't have to avoid your girlfriend, and some of us also really don't like shopping. We can be annoying, but guys can too, and some of us also know when to shut our mouths if we are being annoying. So. Your point is...?

What's the point of having a girlfriend if she doesn't stay in the kitchen.

I think the point being here is that people may want to have time alone. Even in relationships this can be healthy as the constant close proximity of another person can be stressful. When that freedom is denied, that person starts to feel like a shackle, which in general, is not a positive feat.

I can relate with the OP. I have Asperger's myself, and even as nice as I try to be to the girls I like, many of them would probably think that Jared Lee Loughner is more attractive than I am. =/
Where in North America could you find a lot of geek/gamer girls anyway? They seem to be rather few and far between here in Southwest Ohio where I live (of course there's the A&G Ohio con that takes place every year, but that's the only gathering they would be at within my vicinity each year :( )

Eh, give it time. Asperger's here too, but I made a relationship work with Hardcore Mode on too (5000 miles apart). I r pro gamer at life.
