Leveled up without doing anything??

Last time I checkes SteamGifts (1 or 2 days ago) I was level 2. Today I entered to see I was at level 3, but my last giveaways were months ago.
Is this some kind of bug, or did the leveling system change in some way?

Yes it's a bug
Your Edna & Harvey: Harvey's New Eyes giveaway currently gives you $24 of CV because The Daedalic Armageddon Bundle that includes this game is currently on sale cheaper than the game alone, so the price of this pack is pulled by SG from the Steam API instead of the price of the game

Oh gosh, I kept staring at my giveaways, but didn't even notice that the E&H one was shown as a 100p game!

The giveaway seems to have glitched out and is now valued at 100P. It seems to be taking the value from the Daedalic Armageddon Bundle. So therefore you gained some extra points.
