Alright, I think I'm a little closer to figuring it out, but I don't know the current exchange rate for rubles to drachma. It's tough to figure out for extinct currency.

I figured I'd try something new to get people who actually want the game rather than bots for my giveaway without adding a level requirement.
So, for anyone interested in Tacoma, here's the elaborate puzzle:
Take the usual URL, and add "RL4Oa".
Not easy, I know, but maybe a lucky few will be able to solve it! :-)
