Question regarding the new Humble Bundle

Hey guys,

the Bundle looks cool and stuff but... there's a problem. I live in germany, and Saints Row 3 is cutted here. I hate cutted games more than everything and dont want them.

Can activate the key using VPN to get it uncut, or will it be cutted no matter what?
