So I want Wolfenstein the new order but my question is if i need to play the earlier games to understand the plot and all the story

Definitely not, as far as I know, the games aren't connected that much. Go on, play that master piece. NOW

dont need to finish older wolfs. Game is 100% new story,maybe you find a easter egg with original WOLF 3D;)

To be fair, it does share some story and characters with the 2009 wolf game.

Nope. You can read up on the Kreisau Circle, but not much. AFAIK, Caroline Becker and Deathshead are the only characters that TNO has in common with the 2009 game, besides BJ himself.
