You could always pay a computer technician to put it together for you.

And it's not too hard, loads of guides online. Most of the tiresome bits is actually wiring.

Atleast here local shops offer the service. So you just order the parts they build it and at most you just have to install software.

Not sure about prices in France, but this is what I've sent to my friend when he asked about PC up to 600 eur:

  • CPU LGA1155 INTEL® CORE™ I5-3450
  • MB LGA1155 H61 MSI H61M-P31 (G3)
  • DIMM DDR3 2X4GB 1600MHZ EXCELERAM BLACK & WHITE CL9
  • VGA GEFORCE GTX560 GAINWARD 1GB/DDR5
  • HDD SATA2 7200 500GB HITACHI DESKSTAR
  • DVD+/-RW SAMSUNG SH-222BB
  • 620W SEASONIC SS-620GB
  • Xigmatek Asgard 381

Now, I'm sure prices in France are a bit lower than here, so you should be able to get far better PC than this one, and even this one can run almost everything at 1080p... for now. You should be able to get at least 8GB of RAM and way better (read: newer and more powerful) 1080p GPU for your money. And, since you have more than 600 eur, you should consider 128 GB SSD for system and 1TB HDD for data. Just sayin'.

try I5-3570k or I5-2500k with a fair-overclocking Z77 motherboard. 8GB of RAM is quite enough, my advice is kingston/goodram 2x4, take what's cheaper. Instead of GTX560 try gtx 660ti / gtx 580 / hd 7870. Worth the price. Also find a good branded PSU, not some seasonic crap nobody heard of. Aim for Antec, OCZ, could be corsair/coolermaster. You can find yourself a decent 700w psu for about ~120 bucks.
Yet if you're left with some cash, check for some 60-120GB SSDs for your OS. Samsung/Intel/Crucial M4 it is.

Nobody heard of Seasonic? Maybe n00bs like you did not. Check who's making that Corsair you are recommending - yeah, it's made by Seasonic.

660Ti performs roughly the same as a 580, is cheaper, and consumes less power. Oh and Seasonic make excellent PSUs, including a load of Corsair models, as already stated.

Why recommend an Ivy chip w/o a z77 mobo?

I did not recommend this particular build to OP, read more carefully. I just said he can go better than this, and can use this as a referent point. This was built for a budget under 600e, and OP said he has 600-1000e.

PC Specialist has a great variety of parts to choose from for you custom build depending on your budget. The shipping to europe doesn't cost much either.

Everyone here is going to suggest custom build, and for good reasons. It's a lot cheaper to buy parts and put it together yourself. Luckily for you, we're in an age of mostly modular construction, and extremely user friendly manuals. Hell, some cases are completely screwless (just popping parts into drive areas and latching them in). If something does go awry, there's a wealth of information and forums (like this one) that you can go to to get help.

When I built my first one (quite a few years ago), you could easily cut yourself on the case / parts etc. on anything. We joked around that every new build required a blood sacrifice xD

My bro stripped his finger to the bone by carrying it though a PCI slot opening at the back, the case slid and ripped the skin deep.

I would recommend:
LGA1155 motherboard.
Affordable i5 3ghz+ to start with. (you can later upgrade to an i7).
RAM you can fill it half-way or max it out, depends on you.
For graphics I prefer Nvidia so I would say GTX 570, 580, 670, 680 but the 2GB DDR (not 1GB).
A PSU around 600W+.
HDD 1 or 2TB
Cheap case, mouse keyboard, headset or whatever your budget allows.

An amd 3+ mobo, a phenom II x4 processor, a HD7870, 8 GB ddr3 ram should do the trick, and it will be cheaper than the Intel version.
I will go into specifics if you'd like me to.

I5-3550 (3570 if you will overclock it), 8-16GB RAM DDR3 (i.e. RipJaws; go for 8GB sticks), Sabertooth z77, Vertex 4 128GB SSD as a system drive, NZxT Phantom with additional fans, OCZ 750-850W Modular PSU. And the graphics card should be either GTX670 (an overclocked version; ASUS TOP CU II is good) or 7970 GHz Edition (also ASUS Direct CU II). Especially that AMD gives several games with their cards.
