Suggestion: Options to direct GAs to Staff and / or to Patrons

In addition to the Whitelist option, I suggest two additional check-box-able groups:

  • Staff
  • Patrons

By 'staff', I mean moderators, admins, etc.

The difficulty is that the GA creator often would not be a member of those groups (they're simply giving to those groups), and that might make it difficult for the GA creator to manage/administer the GA.

Is this idea worth solving that problem?
