Does The Dream Machine key only unlock the first two chapters that were very recently free on Steam?

There is a €3 price to it, but there isn't much value if you don't want to play/use them. Like I can sell you 10 of my books for €2, but it's still a questionable choice if they stay on my shelf because you don't plan to transport or read them :P
