I saw in create a giveaway option that it isnt, or maybe they just havent added it to the list yet?

It doesn't appear to be, so why would it count as bundled?

Because maybe it was in Summertide Indiegala bundle?

Ah... Well OP probably should have mentioned that but okay then.

You didn't look into it, posted a random response which happened to be wrong and you're trying to blame the OP for that?

I don't believe Oniken gave a Steam key in that bundle, just a Desura key.

You can activate Oniken on Steam using Desura key.

All Desura keys for it are supposed to be redeemable on Steam. However some aren't working (like Indie Gala).

The Groupees one seems to work fine for most (including me).

My Indie Gala key worked fine.

I could have worded that better. Some people got duplicate key errors with IG keys.

Were they the original buyers and also activated the Desura key themselves?

I received my Desura key from a drop and someone beat me to activating it on Steam since it was still posted in public. Quite possible that they gave away the game and the person who redeemed it on Desura also did it on Steam before they got back to their bundle.

Every IndieGala key I've had has worked fine, but the Indie Royale key I had is not working.

Check your link again - 4 bundles, but none included Steam keys.

Not at the time. Now the Desura keys work on Steam.

It will be added now that it's on Steam. It's impossible to add games before they're on Steam, since it's based off appID. So when games get released, a reminder is typically needed to add it to the list.

Why would it be added to the bundled list? While it's been in bundles, none of those provided Steam keys (unless they're backfilling and will retroactively add them).

Did you read replies to your posts? If you put Desura key into Steam it will activate the game.

BTW: can you tell why Borderlands 2 Headhunter 4 DLC was removed from the list?

Because it was available for free.

So why not just add it to bundle list like Mr Tourge's DLC? And why Nightmares from the Deep is still considered as non-bundle game?

There is no rhyme or rhythm, that's why Mad Moxxi's was removed while Mr Tourge's was bundled despite both being free.

Personally, I think it's better to remove it. It discourages people from abusing the free keys and in theory, gives a better chance to those who would actually redeem it.

As stated already, "It's impossible to add games before they're on Steam, since it's based off appID. So when games get released, a reminder is typically needed to add it to the list." so I guess no one remembered to add Nightmares from the Deep and it will be now.

You should be ok - none of the bundles it's been in have included Steam keys. Thus, you can't give away a key from a bundle.

That's why it isn't on the list.

It was in the Greenlight stage during the bundles. Most Greenlight games give Steam keys to bundle purchasers if the game gets released.

It was in the July Jubilee IndieRoyale bundle in June, 2012. It wasn't on Steam then, but yeah, it should be bundled.
