People added me when I tried to gift Limbo. Yes, I got mine for free on steam, but I had a gift purchased earlier for my own money. I didn't know that Limbo keys were given outside of steam on third party sites like Humble Budle. I wanted just to give away my steam gift to someone who was unlucky and didn't get Limbo for free when it was free on June 22th. Same happened to Sniper Elite in 2014 but it's fine to gift it here.
How that makes me guilty? You just make an excuse for yourself.

Иди на йух. Я в Казахстане вырос, мне за 30 и все события я видел со стороны. Я вырос в исконно русском городе отданном Россией (Ленином и ко) за просто так чуркам. Да, я тоже на Россию зол, да она где-то была не права, но в целом она является жертвой. Might as well blacklist me too. Between your very poor attitude over multiple topics, and more importantly, you choosing to leak another user's giveaway in revenge for a blacklist earned through your own actions (giveaway leaks being a suspendable offence here as you have noticed), I'd prefer you not win my own giveaways.
Be aware though, your blacklist will mean nothing, as I can't enter RU region locked giveaways anyway. Unless you go to the trouble of getting some region free gifts, I'm not going to miss anything at all.
