Any way to filter out Tropico 4 Collector's Bundle?

I have it and it shows up on the site as "Tropico 4: Steam Special Edition"(Which it is but not only).

just use SG+ browser addon, with that you have the option to filter them out

From my understanding, Google disabled all non-store extensions(And yes, I am using Chrome).

I got the tampermonkey extension which was also recommended by other users(on another thread). You just add the script to tampermonkey and it works fine.
