I just learn that volunteers offer their time to take care of half a million tickets probably sent every day (I'm new and wasn't aware of that honestly), now that we all know that, I guess patience is a virtue.
Just an example, some Awful online stores would force you to wait week (sometime weeks) if they ever end up taking in consideration your problems with a key you obviously Bought And Paid for (read the forum it didn't happen to me but I'm really not surprised)...
Based on that and how fast actions are taken from the very few I saw, the job is done a remarkable way in here.
Aw well, I'll just take benefit of this to thank the volunteers, mods, and everyone involved in this community.
It's always perfectible, but let's start being happy with what we already have, if you want my 2 cents about it before being ungrateful to the ones obviously trying to make this whole machinery a decent website without tons of adds and efforts to gift us not asking for anything in return.

I get the impression that there is a fair sized backlog of tickets, and the mods (who are volunteers, doing it in their spare time) are working their way through as best they can.
Yours will eventually get an answer, so just hang tight for a few more days :)

I create a ticket for support and get answer through 20(!!!!) sec. I thinks support system is cool.

No, shame on you! Your forum post is clearly intended to troll decent people into answering, and you have the nerve come back with a totally unapologetic edit full of entitlement. If you think that being new should grant you some leeway, you should reserve judgement on the support staff until you've been here long enough.
If your post were any better, I would really have gone into the trouble to answer you.

He does have a point, though. You clearly don't like people passing a judgement about you on this matter because you are new, but you had no such qualms about passing a judgement on support despite being new. I'm sure if you had phrased your question a little less negatively, people would actually feel more inclined to help you out. You speak as if everybody is expected to go out of the way just to help you, which is to say, naive, in the least. We have so such obligation to help anyone. Even less so if they decide to be negative in a community they're not even familiar with.

EDIT: Thank you to the only one (or 2~) in this thread who appears to be a decent person. Hasn't it come to anyone's mind that (if you checked my profile) i haven't been here long enough? I dont know many of the "local" stuff. You should make an effort to actually answer people's questions or help them understand what you know better, thats how society has advanced in the human history.
