I hate every little thing in the earth and I also dislike to feel nostalgic. But sometimes listening to music I heard when I was a kid, is like having a little fragment of the past in my hands ears.

You're a human being, congratulations :D! You have an incredible powerful mind. A tool that can accomplish the most magnificent things and you have it at your disposal! You're already amazing you know ^^ You've been given the blessing that life is. You're able to hear sound, see the glory of nature. You can experience emotions, think for yourself, dream! Take a look around you, look at the sky, the trees, the stones, the rain, the people! It's all there for you to enjoy. Think about how amazing some simple things are. For example rain... that's water falling from the sky! Water falling from the sky! Don't take things for granted, stand back and observe. Feel the love that the world has for you, it's in everything! It's all in place to make you happy, you have to just let it. Come clean with yourself, admit the things you're not happy with. Be honest. And truely make the decision for yourself that you want to be happy. What's in the past is in the past, you're amazing but even you can't change that :p What you can change though is the now, the future. Treat yourself with the dignety that such a creature deserves. Got bad habits? Cut them. Bad friends? Fuck em. Character issues? Work on them. You can change yourself. Make it your main goal. It really just is all there for you, all you have to do is get up and go for it. It's what you want, that is important. Not what other people think. It's not the easiest road to take but it is one that will make you happy. You can overcome anything. I believe in you, all you have to do, is do the same.

Try some sport, i felt kinda "deppresive" recently and i started to first walking and then jogging, at least during that time your mind is empty

Penguins! For real. I have several plush penguins and I just snuggle with them :D

Here is random penguin fact that might take your mind of your problems: penguins pant like dogs to keep from overheating. They also ruffle their feathers and keep their wings away from their bodies :)

Pick the phone, contact a friend or a family member tell them that you want to hang out, it helps being with another human being, you will forget whatever was worrying you and even better if you can talk to them about it. Trust me no matter how smart you are, listening to someone else's opinion or just simply talking to them can help a lot.
