That is a bug, I'v seen it happen with other new releases on raptr. It usually gets fixed within a few days.

Also Raptr places you by time and achievements, i'll explain the game is played 1000 hours then its divided those hours in the ranks say 20 hours for amateur 80 hours for experienced 150 hours for dedicated 300 hours for hardcore 500 hours for elite and the rest to become the number 1 player ON raptr.
