I won a game twice in a short period from the same gifter, offcourse i had to ask for a reroll.

Yes, twice.

I won This War of Mine due to a re-roll request from the real winner, but in the meantime i had already bought it, so support had to do another one.
At first I was a bit disappointed about my "luck", because i only bought the bundle for that game, but then I discovered another awesome title in that bundle (Renowned Explorers) and was happy that I didn't win the game here.
I believe the gift found happy home, eventually :D

I try to only join for stuff I'd probably like to play, but some games don't turn out be that good and although I had that "Why did I even join this giveaway?"-feeling once or twice, I felt that the gifter would have been more annoyed if I had then asked for a re-roll - so I just activated and tried those games instead.
I mean... I've won The Slaugthering Ground here, what good could have possibly come out of that re-roll?. ;)

Asked once after I already bought the game. I'd have removed my entry, but I only won it because of a reroll too, and the giveaway had ended before I bought it. Was only 2 entrants so after I couldn't accept it there was nobody else and the giveaway got annulled.

A handful of times. Mostly because I entered to give 5 entries and a few because I wanted the game to go to someone who either would play it sooner or had it wishlisted :3

Same as UraniumFalconPunch, not under those circumstances. But I did ask for a reroll once because a friend gifted me the game for my birthday, and the same day or day after I won the same game lol.
Ever since then I always leave giveaways for the game I have gotten in the mean time to avoid winning.

Once I had no recollection of entering the GA, since it was a train I might've actually entered something I didn't really want to start for. Asked for a reroll so somebody else could get it.

The other time the game was region-locked (or at least unavailable in my region) and I didn't want to get into the whole mess with VPN tricks and whatnot to get it working, so I asked for a refund.

Once, when I won Ty The Tasmanian Tiger 4 twice in the same day, in a very short amount of time. Activated the first one, and asked for a reroll on the second.

I don't think this guy is ever going to do that reroll. :(

Once, the game was delieverd to me as first winner but I couldn't activate the gift due to region lock, aparently.
I contacted the gifter and told them to reroll. I hope second winner was able to actiate it.

I won the same game twice from two different public giveaways from the same user.
It was the only time I've been re-rolled if I recall correctly.

I've never had to ask for a re-roll, but there were giveaways I'm glad I didn't win for the same reasons haha. I'm much more careful now about not entering giveaways for games I know I won't play.

If only one could return the game after trying it. There are some games that I wish would have gone to someone else after playing it.
Never had instances that people in this thread have had though.

Couple times. Mostly because i won during my bedtime. Once because i couldn't activate in my country, support agreed and new winner have no problem with activation, but giver sent me after a few days working key.

Once, I already had the DLC, and didn't know about it.

Second time, I've already had the game, SG didn't block me from entering, and I didn't remember I had that game

Similarly, I didn't remember entering for the game as it wasn't to my liking, I even had it as not intrested on Steam :)

Poll needs a "Not lucky enough to win, but I can see it happening" button.... I guess I'll go with "I'm a potato" instead.
