Long story short, guys...

I won a game, giver sends dupe key, talked to him, sends another dupe key. Giver offer another game instead, but theres a dupe key on winning board.
If I get another game he's offering, and mark recieved, I'll be tagged as "game not activated" on sg tools? What am I supposed to do?

Edit: Thanks for all the love, the guy is a scammer or dumb, all keys he sends are dupped.... I really appreciate all help given... Thank you

You are required to provide the correct feedback based on the giveaway. In other words if you win game A but the game you receive is not A, then you should not give "Received" feedback.

Some suggestions: unmark the feedback if you have already marked it as received, then talk to the creator and see if they would like to request a deletion of that giveaway--in which case you will need to comment there indicating you agree to delete the giveaway.

Make screenies of the convo to be safe and mark it as not received. More than SG Tools, you can actually be suspended on Steam Gifts itself for not activating gifts when you mark them as Received. Tell them they need to provide the game the giveaway is for. However, in rare cases they can make a Support ticket for changing the giveaway game if both the winner and the creator agree and if it was a genuine mistakeヾ(*ΦωΦ)ノ

you can either work sometihng out with him, like taking that other game and allowing support to delete the giveaway so he doesn't get a not-received mark.

It could take a couple of hours or a week. Depends on a number of things. I won a couple of things recently that had to be deleted and it took about a week.

just reply in the giveaway you allow its creator to delete, then he has to contact support to do it.

not sure how much it will take, depends on support.
