Amazon Sales

Is there a way to see how long a sale will last on Amazon? I'm looking into the 2k Mega Pack or Strategy Pack, but I'm in Mexico and it's hard for me to buy things because I didn't bring a credit card, PayPal won't do instant transfers because my IP changed, and Amazon doesn't take PayPal anyways.
Sad tiemz :(
