Hi, I have a question. During those 6 months every time I wanted to use Steam would I have to use a VPN, or only when I wanted to play that game before those 6 months passed?

Can you elaborate? Say that if I gift a ROW region from a non-ROW region, will they be able to play it then, after X amount of months?
