You guys are aware that they are doing this in their free time additional to their everyday jobs ? By the way have you tried using search ? Well to save you the trouble as Jatan pointed out in an identical thread 2 hours ago it's summer and 2 support members are on vacation.

They have a life and jobs! There are only a handful of them. Some wait minutes-days-weeks-months. They will get to you and they do a great job. Don't sweat it, and be patient :)

Real talk though, it does seem to take longer recently, but just be patient.

I've been waiting since a week to get one wrong negative feedback removed. But hey, they most likely have a life and a job, and they volunteer to be on the support team, so just be patient. They're doing a great job.

Don't worry, mine is over 6 months old...

And for the op: Re-rolls shouldn't take very long, couple days max usually, user reports and such might take over a year.

The support staff here are voluntary and unpaid.
Give them some time to work through the huge amount of tickets and just be patient :)
