Thought so. I can't access it, not just through the steam app, but through the browser too. And it just shows a white page, so I thought that I'm probably not the only one experiencing this problem.

Yeah, I started a few downloads and everything is so slow...
Yesterday I was downloading at 15.1 MB/s, now it doesn't even pass 100 KB/s, most of the time not even 10 KB/s.

Yep, I peaked at 3MB/sec (I wasn't watching it, so I can't tell you the average) and it's usually about 22-24.

only soft i install - it was ff update
there r was no updates on win or drivers or some programs else
i can run only 1/10 srteams on browser, cant run any on steam client
i try other browsers and install older version of ff, but promlemstill here - i cant run almost any stream on steam
p.s. youtube, twitch and other online wideos works well

Let's see if restarting Steam will work.

If you're in a hurry changing ip should fix this.
I just used usb tethering from mobile phone to finish what i was browsing. It changed more than just ip but its probably what steam rejects for some odd reason.
