Just got scammed by someone. He supposedly doesn't have an account here (lesson learned for me). I sent him five keys, after which he vanished into thin air and blocked me without sending me anything. Hopefully he hasn't used the keys, and one or more honest person(s) can use them before he does.

You should use Enhanced Steam. It puts link to their SteamRep and SG accounts on their Steam profile and will display any SteamRep bans they might have. It's plenty useful.

There are bots set to lurk in this thread and auto redeem. You should make a simple puzzle out of it, like turn one letter into % and then tell us what it is, so only humans can go for it.
