Sorry, but that does not answer the question.
Work should be compensated. If you're making a job offer, then the least you could do is make a few specifications. The wage, how many hours per week and if need be, other miscellaneous information if something in your company is out of the ordinary.
Answering the question of "What's the salary?" with a "You need to qualify" doesn't raise good will at all here. Your reluctance to give real information makes me worried that this is another group of arrogant employers who think they can basically take advantage of young talent just because they don't know better. If I were you, I'd make sure that never happened.

I understand that very well, but the salary will depend on the development layer that the programmer has, for this reason I ask that you contact me privately or leave an email, in order to be able to agree on the price charged by these people and the price that we can offer us,

So what's the estimate? From where to where?
Fact is that wages shouldn't be dependent on anyone's "development layer", whatever that's supposed to mean (guessing you mean experience). While it plays a minor role, it shouldn't be so much that you literally have to say that you can't put the salary on the ad. Very unprofessional response, honestly.
The point of hiring someone is to have them perform a service. The fact that you're willing to hire anyone and that you'll just scale your pay randomly is a major red flag for anyone who has seen at least a single job ad in their life. You need a job done. You have a "test" for hiring. You would hire someone who you are sure can get the job done and you'd pay them for their work. None of this "hmm, we don't know, we'll try and lowball as much as possible".
I'm fascinated how something like this seemed like a good idea to you.

I understand your point of view, but if you are interested I will give you more detail of this, but if you are not an interested programmer I do not think you should answer as I have to respond to other people who are interested, and as I said before this is not an idea this is really a project since this is the third game that we would be developed and regarding the pay we are always open to listen to the price of each developer and then give our weekly payment price

With all due respect, check your ego. You don't have to respond to me, if you don't want to. The fact that you don't answer anyone's questions and instead dodge them doesn't really show you from a good side.
The arrogance needed to post on a public forum, post on an unfitting forum and then also request that people don't poke holes in your logic is gigantic. I wouldn't even be writing if there weren't these glaring issues.
and as I said before this is not an idea this is really a project since this is the third game that we would be developed
Yeah, which is why this isn't just a "lol, we're doing a game, pls help lmao" issue. It's a job offer. This is people's lives you're fucking around with here. That's why people criticize you right now. Because it's not a game. It's not a joke. Odds are you'll get some young person working for you and so me and others are hoping to make sure that this isn't something that can potentially ruin a life due to professional incompetence. I'm not claiming you'll cheat the worker. But you're currently just waving a flag saying "Nigerian Prince hiring for exposure".
regarding the pay we are always open to listen to the price of each developer and then give our weekly payment price
Yeah, like any good that would do the employee. "Hey, I want the average programmer wage", "Well, now that you've spent a couple of days messaging us, we're ready to offer you minimum wage with the promise of having great prospects in the future if this game takes off".
You yourself have said that you'll be paying based on the results of the test. No employer, who's proud of the wage they're giving would hide it so adamantly.
