creating region limited giveaway

Hello guys, can someone answer me if creating region limited giveaways is allowed? Or they are prohibited?
i mean to give away the game with region restriction and warning people about it in advance.

From the FAQ, Giveaways section: "Do not submit CD-keys or Steam gifts that have regional restrictions, or those that require VPN activation or methods to bypass regional restrictions."

No, you can't make a public giveaway for it.
On the other hand you can do a PRIVATE giveaway, but ONLY if you get support's approval. -> In private giveaways you can set any rule if support approves, so you can make it for example for a group dedicated to that region - or you just warn everyone with big-big-big letters about the region lock.
