They tell you.
You try to join one of their giveaways and the message tells you you are blacklisted.

As for why.
There doesn't need to be a reason. It is completely up to the person who did so. Maybe they didn't like your avatar. Or even maybe they don't like threads like these :). Which is what a few people here are warning you about, since people who make these threads (Yes people make this exact same thread all the time) get blacklisted a lot because of making them.
