With the passing of my grandmother from a long fight with lung cancer 3 weeks ago, I feel your pain... I pray that you get better, and you cherish the remaining time your Nanna has left.

Forget it, I'll just come out with why my head is upside down.
My Nanna ( https://imgur.com/a/07FBr ) is well dying. I've been her carer for over 5 years. She's not eating a whole lot, and well the hospital have taken out the drips.
So if something is wrong, blame it on me being emotionally distracted.
Also I had a EEG, and showed some pretty bad stuff (mild cortical dysfunction), that could mean, 1/No brain. 2/Dementia 3/Brain Damage.
Have to wait for the Specialist to see me, well that might be in a few years time....
