Problem with Indiegala

Hi,
I just tried to buy a bundle during Happy Hour time from Indiegala. I've had already bought the max tier on the first day of the bundle release, but now after checking "Buy as a gift" and trying to pay with paypal I get an error stating that I'm a new user and so I either pay with Bitcoins, that I don't own and do not know where or how to get some, or I need to get validated. So I just send them a mail trough their support.
Did the same ever happened to you?

Sorry... I can't make a gib now because.... well I couldn't buy the bundle XD
So here's what I have now XD

Edit: Thanks for all the reply. I'll just wait and hope. If everything goes well there will be some new gibs XD

It happened to me before. Submit a support request with them, they will fix it, though not sure if in time for Happy Hour.

No that's probably a bug. If you confirm the mail that's it. You're a user and now you must be able to buy that I think. How many times did you try? These kind of problems are popular on bundle sites like Indie, HumbleBundle umm Idk bundlestars etc. like even yesterday I had a problem with HumbleBundle it said your card is ignored for 2 or 3 times or something but I didn't stop trying and then it worked :) I'd say you better try at least for once with credit card too if you can. I mean maybe something wrong with your or generally paypal and them.

Well since I've already bought one of their bundle I don't see why I can't buy this one. I kept trying a couple of time but got the same error even with credit card. The only option available is Bitcoins, which I do not have XD

I've also just noticed that if I try to buy the bundle not as a gift so not within the Happy Hour "rules" I can buy it.
Seems like I've a problem only with buying bundle while I'm trying to get the free copy thanks to the Happy Hour.

Out of curiosity does anyone know how can I check the mail/ticket I sent them?
Because I used their support page but I cannot see any ticket or mail sent...

You can't. The only record you have is whatever sent to your email address.

It's not a bug, it's Indiegala's (probably so-called) fraud protection. What you have to do is just contact support. Use this page to write ticket:
http://support.indiegala.com/customer/portal/emails/new

They will remove the restriction on your account. Happened to me when buying HH first time, and it's not an uncommon issue.

Yeah, I've been it the same situation, I wrote to support, they never answered, so I'm not exactly sure how much time passed, but I kept getting the same message for at least a couple more weeks.

Just make a wallet on some website like blockchain and either buy bitcoin or trade it for paypal money. Bitcoin's fees are pretty low so it's a good option for online purchases.

I would ask in your support ticket, they emailed me back when I had a problem and told me there would be another one for that bundle so hopefully you'll get lucky

I wrote a ticket. They validated me, but didn't answer my questions in the ticked XD
