Is that normal, if I scared to enter giveaway, which isn't include description?

Some people are just lazy. I don't normally check the legitimacy of a giveaway unless it's something 'popular' and the user is less than 1 day old. An account created 1 hour ago giving away 5 copies of MW3 is probably fake :P

Honestly, who cares :P You're not really losing anything by entering in the giveaway so don't worry about it.

I don't usually trust descriptions either. I check the user profile to see what are the chances of the giveaway being fake.
