Are you One Step From a purchase?
Nice variety and good cost per game but worth noting that Endling, Wytchwood and APICO were given away on Prime and Mutazione was free on EPIC.

That's the sad thing about this bundle really. Some indie gems in there for sure but at this price, you'd expect more games that haven't been bundled or given away before. That would make it more enticing.
Shame that the two that were never bundled are on my wishlist but at this price, I'd rather buy them on sale and give more money to the devs

"Endling - Extinction is Forever" + "Apico" are both currently available for free via Amazon Prime btw (playable on Amazon Games launcher).

There's a reason those games end in bundles.
Devs have a problem with bots buying massive amount of bundles with stolen credit cards and reselling the keys for nothing on the grey market so it's getting harder to find devs who will participate in bundles.
Devs who don't care for some reason or another tend to give the game to bundle over several sites and those who have already given away the game tend to care less about issues post bundle I guess

I doubt the prevalence of the stolen credit card purchases. What you see on the grey market is easily explainable without that, too. Most of the real market value of a Humble Choice bundle is in the headliners. The bottom half and especially the last 1 or 2 games are usually very niche small indie games with no real organic demand for them. So when thousands of keys are dumped on the market their price plummets to close to zero. Once the bundle ends the price of the headliners usually recovers significantly and quite fast, too. Some of the more popular middle of the pack games also recover, although more slowly. On the other hand the worst of the bunch stay at like 50 cents forever afterwards.
Less known indie games usually end in bundles because they don't sell on their own. When nobody buys your game then selling 100k keys to Humble for like 20 cents each can be enticing. What surprises me though is that relatively successful/known indies quite often end up in bundles way too soon without doing large discounts on Steam first. Bit weird that they don't even try 50% off, let alone 80% off first before selling out for cents. Last month's The Pale Beyond for example was only discounted to 30% off before appearing in Choice. Why didn't they try to catch more direct buyers at lower price points first? I don't really understand. Probably these devs consider bundle buyers and casual buyers on Steam as two different demographics and hope that purchases from the casuals will still trickle in at a high price point even after they sold it to the other crowd for cents.

I doubt the prevalence of the stolen credit card purchases.
Not saying prevalence, although there would be no way of finding out but if and when it does happen, it's about a very large number of keys and it's been documented before so it does happen.
You're right though, even without that added problem, the grey market is still an issue with devs for the reason you detailed.
That's why so many multiplayer games are in bundles lately: devs hope that the cheap second market keys is going to pad their players numbers and make the game more attractive to full paying customers.

When it comes to very small devs, it could just be the basic bottomline that every little producer faces: paying bills. Maybe they are working on something else and need the extra cash right away instead of the trickling in from individual sales or waiting for a big sale event when people are more likely to buy smaller games.

Good bundle. Won NORCO here last year, and it's exceptional. Fantastic writing, mysterious, surreal. Probably a masterpiece.

The last 2 humble bundles I thought were worth it were RE: Decades of Horror (Village Edition) and Must-Play Metroidvanias, the latter of which had too high a price tag so I decided to skip on. Nice to see a cool bundle again! Especially NORCO and Mutazione look super interesting
