The specific game SGTools seems to be flagging you for is Evolvation (https://www.sgtools.info/nonactivated/flutesong), which many of us won on SteamGifts a while back, and the keys were revoked September 29th. More info here:

Hello flutesong.
As mentioned above, the cause seems to be Evolvation. We are aware of this so there's no need to make a ticket about it. Rest assured no suspension will be issued for those giveaways until we have sorted this out.

Hello all
Today I tried check rules on SGTools and received that:
"Your account is flagged as having some unactivated Wins or your profile is Private.
This also can happen when Steam is down when you account synchronizes, if that is the case synchronize again."
All my won and received games marked as "received" and 2 gifts marked as "Not received" cause I don't received it long time ago and I've not unmarked gifts. So, first SGTools statement isn't true.
I checked my Steam profile and my profile is fully open, so second SGTools statement is false too.
I resynced SG and SGTools some times but SGTools still show me error message.
What's I do wrong? Could you help me?
