False flag on sgtools?

This might be a bug but since it's not with sg itself, marking as off topic. I tried to enter a giveaway through sgt and it said my account is flagged as either having an unactivated win or being private. My Steam profile is not set to private. I've activated all my wins. I even checked on the steam store to make sure my account owns all games I've won and I do. I used the rule checker on SGT to see if I had any unactivated wins and that came up empty too.

Anyone know what might be going on or of something I may have overlooked?
