Change SteamGifts header colors?

Is there any way to change the header colors from dark gray to a much lighter color (even white would be better)? The black characters on a dark gray background are very hard to read... especially since in order to show all giveaway info I have to set my browser window to 70% to see everything at once.

I use whatever the default is for SteamGifts. What I want is something that is a LOT lighter gray or even a color. The colors that are used (both in SteamGifts and Steam) are so close to the same color that if I didn't know which tab is which, I would have a hard time using these sites.
