Then you might as well close the ticket ;) I had a user report about not activating a won game from me open for over a year before I closed it myself.
My advice is if it's about about a real infraction like regifting, not activating or multiple wins then leave the ticket open (but don't expect a response anytime soon). If it's about spamming, being rude, not accepting your friend request, not delivering a win save your and Supports time ;)

There's only a few support staff dealing with thousands or millions of support tickets. The prioritize re-roll requests and adding unlisted games, which can take a few days to process due to how many tickets they get.
User reports are at the bottom of the priority list, and there's a ton of them. They do get processed eventually, they're just coming in faster than the support team can deal with.

Almost 18,000 of them. User Reports take the longest to address because they almost always require in-depth research, careful judgement, and sometimes consultation with other Mods. Of all the User Reports I've dealt with myself, one fourth are actionable, one fourth are not actionable but will be useful information when a rule is broken, and one half are good for nothing but deletion.
This guy's avatar is masked, probably due to a facial deformity, and is therefore an insult to people with birth defects. He should be permabanned.
