sorry accidentally pressed enter :((((. I would like to introduce my self. I enjoy steam and the opportunities that it provides to indie devs and its support. I'm a student and obviously money is a of a great issue. I try to buy games anyway I can so I can support the devs in any way possible. I will admit that some of my games were bought on sales, like I said I almost have no money to buy games, but instead of torrenting games I try to help companies and prove that PC gaming is a valid market. Well I hope that helps people to get to know me.
P.S
Prolly a bad star but sorry Im a bit clumsy sumtimes.

Aside from the out of topic started discussion welcome aboard mate! You will find a very nice comunity in here specially if you decide to actively participate in it if only in the forums and chat channels. Plus there's no wrong in buying games from sales. I myself am mostly a sales whore so heh :) Anyways goodluck for your raffles and cheers

Welcome to the site and, if you haven't already, please be sure to read through the FAQ. A couple of quick notes to help you along your way:
1) Don't feel bad about buying games on sale, everyone does it. In fact, there's always at least a small increase in giveaways during sales.
2) If you are planning on starting a thread to ask a question/make a suggestion, then please use the search function first to make sure you aren't making one that's already been made countless times before.
3) Don't be disappointed if it takes a while to get your first win. Due to the large number of members right now, the average person seem to take upwards of 300 entries before they get their first win.
3a) Related to number 3, always remember that no matter how many/few entries you already have, you chances of winning a particular giveaway are purely based on how many people enter it.
4) Try not to get drawn in by a private group that requires you to make periodic giveaways, the payoff is rarely worth the cost.
5) Have fun and be an active member of the community.
