The Uncertain: Last Quiet Day is "Episode 1". It used to be called that in bundles, but it always just activates as "The Uncertain" anyway.
It seems Episode 2, if you so want, is https://store.steampowered.com/app/925570/The_Uncertain_Light_At_The_End/ .
IsThereAnyDeal does not track Steam games by their IDs but based on some silly name scheme, so if it is bundled once as "The Uncertain: Last Quiet Day" and once as "The Uncertain: Episode 1 - The Last Quiet Day" that is already two different games on ITAD.
It's 0 CV because the game was given away for free a few times.

That's what I got out of reading some reviews too. Which is a shame because I don't care for most anime stuff so Extinction would have been more likely to appeal to me. Which reminds me: This is just a generalization and not directed at AoT but I hate it when games use themes like anime as a crutch but aren't very good from a mechanics standpoint and think that they can get away with it. And yet people still buy these kinds of titles just because they are anime-themed. It's the same with cat-themed stuff. Look I love cats as much as the next person but that doesn't mean that I'm going to ignore a game's flaws because of it. I'm not saying that a game's theme can't count for something but it shouldn't be the most prevalent factor. I don't care what kind of theme a game has if it can't stand on its own two legs without it.
